Pop-Up Lunches
Pop-Up Lunches were started in February 2022 by Campus Dining executive chef Eric Cartwright. Either he or another one of Campus Dining's chefs would create a "stationary food truck" within our events kitchen. For one day only, students, faculty, and staff come in and enjoy this special one-time meal cooked fresh in front of them. It was my job to create the print, LED, social, and email deliverables for these events.
